I would like to put one thing to rest right now. The people who participated in Gushers will be paid. They are direct investors with DEVON ENERGY. They are not in anyway affected by the fortunes of Superior Oil and Gas Company. The investment is with DEVON ENERGY not Superior Oil and Gas Company. DEVEON ENERGY is not going anywhere soon. They are a financially stable company. The wells are flowing at commercial rates and some investors have recieved their first checks.

The process has taken longer than it should have and there are many reasons for that, some of which are DEVEON ENERGY problems and some of which are Superior problems. None of the issues are uncorrectable and everyone will be paid according to their working interest in their respective well in due time. Devon is a company that dots every I and crosses every T. While that can be frustrating, because everyone wants paid as quickly as possible. (me included) It should also make investors feel good knowing that their partner is looking at protecting all interests.
