JG36, generally I agree with the points of your post:

Why not? The price of the stock has been below $3 rather recently, so there's no reason why it couldn't go there again. I'm not saying that it will, just that it can.

It seems that the index funds have finished their buying. So the dumb money has stopped providing support for the share price. OTOH, a significant number of shares have been removed from the float.

If tox doesn't start by September there's a fair chance of seeing $3 or close to it.

Looking at NNVC's trading environment today, I think it one for only the strongest of stomach's. Because NNVC is so news dependent, and sensitive to lack of news, I think the PPS could swing strongly positive or negative.

Several recent positive price drivers have ended or diminished. For instance: the Russell rebalance.

I agree with your point that institutions have taken shares from the active daily float. This should take some of the volatility from the trading. But, a new wrinkle: Many of the institutions will be buying and selling depending on the weighting of NNVC in indexes. So, NNVC will be more tied to market and sector fortunes. This should increase market risk and volatility.

NNVC has been testing and falling through many support levels. This was somewhat expected from technical indicators. NNVC got into a high overbought range.

Likewise, NNVC is now getting into oversold levels. No guarantee, but, normally one would expect a brief reversal or at least a breather.

NNVC is now at a KEY support level, and this could determine whether we retest recent highs or less recent lows. One would expect bounces at strong support levels; and indeed, we did get some of this action last week. I expect retesting of support, with shallower bounces; until NNVC gets directional again.

I may add that NNVC's directional moves tend to be in the weeks range--not months or years. Again, for only traders with strong stomachs--current environment.

Currently, I am buying and selling based on very short term indicators. Bought and sold small positions last week. Bought shares at the close today. I am being very picky, and not taking big positions.

Strategies will be different depending on one's analysis, convictions, and risk averseness. I never disagree with those wishing to take a buy and hold, or even a short position. I just hope they take their positions with eyes wide open, and after doing research they are satisfied with.

Best of luck to one and all.
