In the new patent, check out the very clever way that they solved the problem of managing the third arm (i.e. the retractor) with a mechanism similar to the bendable arm on a desk lamp. Very inventive. Instead of the clutch like Intuitive's bot, you just reach down and manipulate the third instrument, then let go...
