I expect a 1:1,000 reverse split soon

HIMR can't go on issuing shares at 2B a crack to HEMP as quarterly "consulting" payments, so I expect a one for one thousand reverse split that will take the Oustanding Shares to about 25 million, and the stock price to $0.10.

Of course, without actual business, they'll have to continue to issue shares, and the price will continue to fall.
