Good grief---GNCP preferred shares don't trade...none of the issued preferreds-A,B, or C-are eligible for conversion to common as yet---so none have been converted to commons and sold...

and as of July 26th or so, all of Bauman's preferreds have been sold to the new round of shells...

as to all the Bauman shells that have converted debt notes into commons, the filings list them all....if you don't believe they have been sold, I've got a float over 10B and a bridge to sell you...
