I am glad I read some (about 1/2) of this novel filing. Did you read the section that essentially indemnified their actions? I'm no lawyer, but that is something I've never seen nor heard of with a publicly traded company - I believe this is the sole purpose of domicile transfer from FL to NV, to be under this absurd umbrella. An umbrella which protects management/board from being held liable for incompetence if I read it correctly. I really don't want to brew up a storm on speculation and I don't know enough about this nor do I have experience to offer insight on this sort of filing.. I can copy the text here if you want to read where I'm taking this from in the filing. I'll have to jump over to a computer, but if you want I will. I just don't want to make a scene, especially if I'm misunderstanding the entire thing. It might not bode well for any of us to do so, but then again it could save some from possible turmoil. I'm sort of torn here and don't want to step on any toes. I don't exactly have a whole to lose here, but I feel for those that do. I'll hold up until one of you veterans have time to examine the situation.
