The owner was a scam artist, just a little too old now to consider jail time and he reads the WSJ, I am sure and see's the crackdowns. The merger news to me is garbage. No oname on the lsiting so how would one know WHO IT IS... You cant just guess based on thinking it is the only one because of share structure...
This happens every 6 - 8 moonths on this stock, just go back, check the chart, then go back on this site to posting at that time, you will see all the same names saying the same type of things, going to brreak out, etc... They only need 100 new fish every year to rip off and they get 10K of them...
They loaded at 1s and 2s and now sell at 3s and 4s. Doing it to 2 -5 stocks at a time, Lying the whole way and no lie is off limits... Meanwhile, back in California, Shrirra is dumping into it thrilled to get .0003 out of shares he gave himself for freeeeeeeeee ! Was h rinse, repeat and see ya in January....
Someday, this will actually do what it says, merge, but not after several splits in which holders lose their value... 1 - 100 split will wipe it out...
