Frank,just curious with all the other larger companies Dr. Reddy worked with, what compelled Dr. Reddy to join up with UPZS
to advise the Company on global business development strategy and implementation ? I must add that I'm glad he's with UPZS.

2nd question: Is their any binding contract between UPZS & Reddy to where (IF) Reddy decides to leave UPZS before the 13 months are done,that Reddy would (for example) be fined by UPZS ?
Also would the fine be large enough to deter Reddy from walking before 13 months.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is what is/was Reddy's insentive to join UPZS & stay the course with UPZS ?
