These properties are located in 8 states; Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Ohio, Mississippi, Kansas, Michigan, Wyoming. They were purchased at auction and subsequent negotiations based on historic data of production, revenue, operating companies, service records, formation life expectancy and various other assessment factors.
