Sure you have a right to know if the SEC is investigating Treaty. The only problem is the SEC will not tell you. I think a fair amount of DD will lead you to the answer. My belief from my DD is they certainly are investigating Treaty. Way too much evidence is available that indicates proof Treaty is committing fraud and much has been posted leading me to that conclusion.
