IMO that's one of the major reasons the sales are so pathetic. How many people are willing to go on line just to buy laundry soap and softener. That's the type of thing most people buy when you do your weekly grocery shopping. For most people they have to either drive across town, if they are lucky because most towns don't even have stores that carry it,or they need to order it on line and wait for it to arrive. It like any product we use on a regular basis. Who would go on line to order their coffee, or light bulbs,etc, that you can buy at your local grocery or dept. store. Sure there are places in the large towns and cities like Chicago that carry the product but can you imaging driving to one part of town to get your soap,another for coffee for another, etc. It would take an entire day to do your shopping. I used to have several places to get 1000+ until they quit carrying the product and now I don't know of any. The store locator in the web site shows several locations in my town but I haven't found a single one that actually carries the product.
