They are not reported by brokers that is a fact, I suggest some actual research into where the actual report is produced from. The FTD report isnt flawed and I have asked for some form evidence and yet nothing has been given to show they are in fact flawed. SEC Rule 204 violations have been prosecuted but not a single OTC security has ever had such an occurrence. So once again nothing to show proof.

The FTD here in YIPI shows no continuous aggregates, there is regular settlement and no open positions sitting out there.
