Matt knows that there was never anything here in the 1st place.
RIGH was the same shell game with Aaron that it was with Randy and as it was with who Randy replaced. It's the same thing for the other 2 public share selling schemes that have Matt in the background. Passed from 1 to the next through the creation of shells each time for the public company to acquire from the creator sometimes the same day as the PR announcing it.

All 4 controlled by Matt in the background, Randy was clear on what Matt's control was even though Randy had vote control when he was the "new CEO with the new company and a new business plan" "DD" started. Everything was cleared through "the big guy."

The source of the original note and what was involved with it and who countersigned it will make a difference in a court of law, but like I said, neither of these share selling schemers wants to go to court, all the "DD" and claims by Matt and Aaron, it just seems to be coordinated and just part of the promotion.
