Is there any way we can find out if the audit is currently being worked on? Since SE isn't available to ask (on this board anyway) we must somehow know if the audit is being worked on (in a timely fashion) before taking any legal action. If the audit is not being worked on then the fact that shareholder money was stolen by a company that earns money IS true and lawyers/SEC must come into play.
The idea of merely surrendering our hard-earned money to a company that is using that money to make more money cannot and should not be tolerated IMO. I myself called the SEC a while ago regarding SIOR. But it was only to find out if they could relist and the SEC said they simply had to update their filings. I am not a lawyer and know little about SIOR.
I sense optimism but sometimes pessimism reading this board. I wish I could do more for us myself. Again, I feel that if SIOR is using our money to make money for themselves and they don't want to relist then we have legal remedies. It matters not to me if they are dishonest/bad-natured or whatever. All criminals are. I am not saying they are criminals - the relist may be actually being prepared - but if there is no intention by SIOR to relist then our money is indeed being stolen and we should do everything we can to stop that from happening.
