Where is the doc for accredited investors who bought at $1??? I cannot find that anywhere. Cannavest paid MJNA about $5 per share, for the photosphere deal. So if these loads of accredited investors bought at $1 per share, which is nowhere to be found, then they screwed MJNA too on the stock price. Why would MJNA swap $35 million in assets for $4.50 to 6 a share when, others got it for $1???

All these Hemp/POT stocks are overpriced by the way compared to sales/profits but that's the price to pay for a growth industry growing at 60-80% per year. There's no company in this industry with hugh earnings - still too new. I do think we'll see $50 again, as this company is set to grow. However, its still hard to pay so much for earnings, as I usually only invest into companies with 15 or lower P/E. With the Pot industry we are investing into hope, but if we are right it will pay off 10-50 fold longterm.

The gap between ordinary income and income after extraordinary items comes from the asset purchase deal MJNA concluded with CannaVest Corp. (OTCMKTS:CANV) in early 2013. PhytoSphere, a MJNA subsidiary, offloaded its valuable hemp oil inventory and other assets to CANV in a deal valued at $35 million. That sum was paid by CANV in stock, collared at prices ranging between $4.50 and $6.00 per share.
