I am sure the only possible defense that we are waiting on so any enforcement should help all the rest is the setting a precedent (statue of limitation) the down time of Nortel not enforcing or the time between Nortel's downfall to Spherix enforcement, (and why didn't Rockstar do something earlier ... which is why they also need to be after everyone at least with a certified mailing of patent infringement, but back to the rest), of the patent.

It could be reasonable to expect that Nortel could not enforce in its later years (bankruptcy) but, and since, they've allowed heirs of blah blah come out of nowhere and claim and win their so-called inheritance ... who knows ... lol
