Gusher will get paid when Devon is satisfied with the paper work SOG is submitting. Section 14 was returned to Steve Friday according to my contact at Devon. Tom responded to an e-mail, I sent yesterday that it would be resolved shortly. Not sure what the hold up is on Section 23, I don't understand the acronyms being used in the response.
