Yep.....I know for a fact the SEC use the
excuse about the stock is trading at .0001-.001
(((Beware)))

I read an article in the 90's how the full service
dealers place trades on .0001 stocks at the same
desk they trade $100 stocks.

They can buy tons of shares without no skin in the game
-0- dollars using markers. But we have the Skin in the
game. That's why lots of the penny stocks are down

Same game the dealers will decide IF they will cover
they can hold a stock to umbilicus. The dealer can't
run all of them out of business but many of them
they might not cover them at all that a WIN WIN for them!

FRTD was rolling the SEC waited for the price to rise
and for their big day. The SEC stepped up and knocked
FRTD to it's knees. They held it to the max holding period
let the stock trade again but on the Grey market.

I trust the company looks like the MM's are slowly raising
the price. It's a dirty game with windfalls if one can
caught 'em!

I had to change somethings but it's all good! I understand
the game tho!
