There are surely plenty more but I'm not sure a Judge would stand for having to work when they can wait and see how the ones filed go in the court (in addition to making sure they have the right firms to proceed and collect).

They are in categories. One does not go after the rest until its determined the validity of the patents passed on to Rockstar by purchase then to Spherix by another deal (then obviously the Cisco original was bonged and they had to refile the patents under Spherix name then proceeded again... lol (lots to learn.. but hey, by August 15 (8 Jum) we have two big responses, Cisco and Verizon)...

And notice they weren't telling us about Verizon I believe don't remember until the recent link posted on the filings ....

Now remember too, that the dude even responded back to me last that he didn't own a share and was saying he felt sorry for us holders and the first response to yours.. down to a dollar... signs that market makers are short and are covering with people losing money that they short sold to long ago... I bet they're crying (a little happy but I bet they still need a lot more trying to tell us its better for us to sell now and buyback later)... what nonsense... they were hurting bad.
