ECDC Distractions are Failing. The Market has priced ECDC at ZERO BID thisclose to the alleged rollout of StudentConnect.

From my discussions with Verizon team, system works, FACT.
Do not know where to obtain validating information to the contrary.

Sponsors: Fact; Verizon team told public information re: advertisers (proof positive, for Bx3, IMO);
presently may have determined need to with hold information. As to rollout employee numbers, Verizon assigns their own to their marketing teams.

Cannot address any business alliances between ECDC/ Student Connect or ECDC , and Verizon,IMO. Fact: When I called and identified myself, they well addressed every question.
