At the least they have overpaid non-executive salaries (start at $250K + matching stock) and played short-term musical chairs in the executive suite and boardroom diluting common shareholders to the extreme. If you wish to discuss executive salaries you'll have to let me cool down or I'm liable to go all UFC on you.
How many directors have we seen the last 24 months? I've lost track.
The best thing that has happened to this company for the shareholder is the SEC Investigation. It is the only reason I chose to invest in this company. I look forward to the continued investigation as it is the only leverage I have to hold the company accountable and protect my investment capital.
An uplisting right now would be akin to turning a junior executive investment banker loose with an AMEX Black corporate card at Scores in Manhattan.
