Really? Let's not go back there...a more recent list would include almost everything; since you seem to think all is good including Tiger, it is most likely a waste of time to discuss.

A fraction would be: The premium paid for BZNE ( I understand that was an arrangement between Frost and friends, but it is NOT favorable IMO). The 1.5 ESOP. The 500K ++ to Tiger. The fact that the BOD keeps moving up the ranks and taking a minimum of $1M is shares and major salary increases. All these payments to themselves are the only things that are planned in advance. Everything else is idea of the week.
