Basically, the auditors told JB and gang to get their act together... get a Board that is knowledgeable of accounting principles and get their Board of Directors going... If I'm not mistaken the SEC requires a number of INDEPENDENT board members to be a REAL "BOARD of DIRECTORS"....not inside men filling a hole.
Well, evidently, someone doesn't like the idea that they were told to do something that should be long overdue anyway....and they got canned.

Personally, I'll wait for this to blow over.... but who doesn't see an "NT" coming out of this one....

Wish these guys would get their show together...
