“Thin Trading” - a day's trading where not many shares are offered for sale, so few bargains are made.

The low number of bids and asks will also typically result in a larger spread between the two quotes. It happens when people don't to sell a single share, and other people want cheap shares, lol.

It happens, seriously I have seen it at SIPC and elsewhere before, and then it all shifs. Vulcan4 if you read very old post people will comment on days where there is little movement and that it is trading thin, thin, then it goes crazy again.

It happens especially in July and August, holiday’s seasons. What is positive is people are holding, not selling. Many of us have purchased and are just sitting back.

Evenually someone sells out too low and the buying kicks in. smile
