Strange, was there an 8K for MNP LLP, Toronto, Canada? They performed the recent 10K.

Now they are being replaced by David Brooks

That is 3 different auditing Firms in less than a year since MSCM. Why? Because the last two found the following:

Based on this assessment, management, including our principal executive officer and our principle financial officer, concluded that the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting were ineffective as of December 31, 2013 due to the material weakness discussed below.

This was omitted from the 2012 10K and thus the SEC sent correspondence that they include the Auditors assessment and amend their 10K accordingly among many other missing items.
