By the time BCAP forces RIGH into bankruptcy it will be no bid, and the insiders know it.

If Mr. Stanz is stupid he'll try to move RIGH's assets outside of the RIGH shell (that's fraudulent conveyance: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraudulent_conveyance ). Fraud is a criminal action in addition to the civil action (bankruptcy).

Note: No proof ever presented by RIGH that it settled the 800k RIGH Preferred debt owed to BCAP. (Not even going to discuss any other debts, just delivery of the 800K Preferred which we all know is in dispute).
