This is getting ridiculously obvious that someone whose cost is less than .0003 is selling shares, or, more honestly said
"INSIDER DUMPING AT .0003!"
Here's how it works:
The MM naked Short Sells ~13MM shares at .0004 (he doesn't need to actually own the shares). Then he "Buys to Cover" at .0003 from a willing insider who has made it known he's looking to cash out shares (read DUMP).
Both trades appear as "Sells" on the chart because they were both done at (or in this case- below) the bid, and that's how the Trades tool (see below) differentiates between Buys and Sells.
But it was actually a naked short sell followed by an immediate buy to cover.
This one was especially blatant, as anyone who was "sitting on the bid" at .0004, like LuckyMe77 didn't get their orders filled because the MM wanted to to flip to the insider at .0003!
