Really?
Last time I checked most are highly educated and very capable. Taking and shutting down scams before more people are harmed. If you owned share before the suspension you can sue when they press charges. If you bought after the suspension well then you were warned already.
Nothing on Edgar, that's only place to look for a form 10 filing. There's no such thing as a hidden form 10.
