Looks like all the fraud divvy shareholders not only got 'damaged' by Bordy, they are getting raped by Bordy and Heddles totally inept ability to create shareholder value and reverse the plummeting PPS.

Is there such a thing as a 'grabbing of the ankles fraud divvy ?'.......because the new version sure looks that way compared to the first proposal.

Old settlement fund was $1,429,738 based on the corresponding share price at the time.

New fund based on current share price.......$615,423.
