if there was proof of this do you think the company would do the right thing for its shareholders and take legal action against the wrongdoers?

Isn't that the job of the (cough...chuckle) SEC? Peregrine (or any other company for that matter) shouldn't have to "take legal action against wrongdoers" if the SEC was doing their "job."

Let me ask this back to you; if Peregrine BOD and management was as bad as some suggest, wouldn't it be prudent to take legal action against the BOD and management? Or, is it easier to take advantage of a company's focus on science to manipulate the stock?
