This has to be the most pathetic stock of all pennies.
The delay tactacs should be criminal behavior! This is outright fraud and they are getting away with it.
Since they mentioned 90 days in the last statement, they are free to dilute for 3 more months before having to come up with another excuse. SEC has failed us for allowing this to go on.
