"Private interactions with the CEO matters only a few folks."

Actually if you read the last 300 or so post I think you will see that MOST posters here care a lot about the CEO, his games, and broken promises. In fact there seems to be very few that DON'T care. If I am going to invest in a company I believe knowing about a CEO's present and past dealings with the company and shareholders is VERY important. If I were a person thinking about buying shares in this stock for the first time and I read what is being revealed about the CEO and why the stock was at a 52 week low, the dilutions, proken promises, I would very much appreciate that information before making my decision. To me it's a LOT more important than knowing how many post there were on the board today, or what the float is.
Many people that buy stocks are investors that buy a stock and hold for a longer term than those that just want to buy a stock, hope for a quick run up, take a quick gain and get out as soon as possible. I don't think that the majority of the people that post here are here for that reason. Most of the people here have been here a long time and up to 8 years and it's more than just a few folks.
