Both valid questions but we dont really know if they are based on speculation or fact.

Do we with absolute certainty know the circumstances of any asset/securities transfer?

Do we know with absolute certainty that an audit hasnt been started?

Maybe there is no way to really know but lets not start down this path of conjecture and potential legal quagmires without having all our ducks in a row.

Once we begin that journey there wont be any turning back so I am going to err on the side of caution for everyone's sake.
