There is no SEC on going investigation into KMAG or Mr.REID !!

Mr. Reid has submitted filings for the Form 10 !!

Logic and way to much verifiable material proves my statement to be TRUE !!

Whatever AgencyAgents that the filings were submitted too and they were submitted are not following their own protocol !!

I AM NOT TRYING TO GET ANYONE TO BUY OR SELL KMAG !!
That does not matter to me one way or the other !!

I am here as I truly own KMAG shares !!

I support my KMAG investment !! Always have and always will !!

I will not sell my KMAG until I am ready and I'm not ready !!

KMAG RISING !!
