Well, I've seem a defemation suite happen once due to a message board commentary, but that required some pretty brutal and relentless attacks and name calling and only resulted in a public apology... I think you are asking some valid questions, and making some valid observations more than likely while poking a little fun while at it. Of course, the two biggies being:

1. Why transfer assets to Cactus when the goal is to resurect a healtyh Superior O&G and build shareholder value, especially for the significant stakeholders that invested hard earned cash directly into wells.

2. Why hasn't the audit started yet when the publically stated update on the company website said it will be completed this summer.
