I noticed the big board has given up most of its gains today, on the other hand, the R2K has been increasing its daily gain thus far. I also noticed my OTC watch list as gone from Red to Green. The "Big Boys" are waking up to the fact there is value laying at the bottom of the ocean and it's time to start feeding.
