How can you possibly deny that the principals in Spongetech did not defraud the stockholders?? There have been SEVEN guilty pleas, most of them including the charge of FRAUD. Over 2B shares of stock were ILLEGALLY SOLD TO THE MARKET (i.e., INVESTORS) by MOSCOWITZ & METTER.

Believe what you want regarding NSS shares, but don't deny the OBVIOUS FRAUD commited by and plead guilty to by MOSCOWITZ, METTER and FIVE OTHER SPONGETECH MANAGERS!!
