How long can the company string investors along with Beginning of July Merger ?

Quite simply : incompetent Management for releasing bogus PR's or it's a scam designed to sell BBRD shares at a much higher price.

Good morning EmptyBones: Just got off the phone with John. Spoke to him for about 10 minutes. He confirmed that the situation in Israel is one of the factors pushing the PPS down. He said the company is working on the final version of the PR that will be released soon. I asked him how soon, "soon" is and he said he can't be more specific. But, as a journalist, I pushed him further and he said it is "imminent" and it will be put out in a "few days." He said he and the company are aware of the decline in the PPS over the past few days, and the concerns by investors, but he said my investment is solid. Further, he said SDE and BBRD are both committed to the merger and they are working on a "few minor details" before the actual signing. According to John, neither SDE nor BBRD is going to renege on the merger. Actually, he said it's a done deal and both companies are committed to it. I questioned him on the PR that the company put out in late June indicating that the merger/acquisition will be completed by early July. He said the intent was to have it completed by that time, but it is taking a little longer. Actually, he said the PR in June should have said "mid-July" or just "in July" to take into consideration any unforeseen delays and to avoid investor concerns. Unfortunately, he said early July was indicated in the previous PR. In the future, he said the company will be more careful with their choice of words. Well, I hope this helps and calm the jitters.
