Hopefully HDY can hang on until there is a decision on drilling. If it is a go, then any dilution can be from a higher share price and stronger position.

Alternatively, I'm still very disappointed HDY has not cut their expenses significantly. If forced to dilute at this low share price, it will be to continue to reward their bloated staff, not to forward drilling.
