Well, dilution is a two way street. If it's used properly it can be ok. To much of anything isn't. Common share holders are at risk here. Prefered shares have a claim against assets. Commons don't. Hopefully, cash flow kicks in on future shipments. It's something commons have to be vigilant about. imho
