Good question KB... I would prefer to see an SC-13 for 25 million shares at a PPS of .05... I don't think it would be possible to acquire 25 mil open market shares without driving the price up to near the PPS of .05... It will take little buying pressure to get us off the ground floor here and I think the company has other plans for ASC Recap, like paying them off as they recently did Asher.
They are not going to let ASC dilute the stock anymore then they already have and they are at the point where their revenues can back a level of financing to make ridding ASC possible. The issuance of their RL patent will solidify such a deal. No greed, no fear here.
