Petro engages in the acquisition and asset management of royalty and override royalty interests, and/or non-operating working interests in producing oil and gas properties in the United States. These properties are located in 8 states; Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Ohio, Mississippi, Kansas, Michigan, Wyoming. They were purchased at auction and subsequent negotiations based on historic data of production, revenue, operating companies, service records, formation life expectancy and various other assessment factors.
