I believe the company will let those PS-E convert at 0.00001 or much much lower in order to keep the OS at or less than the AS (4,850,000,000 shares) since the OS was already 4,076,680,197 shares as of 09/30/2013! Anyway 45.28M-0.0001 x 129.65M-0.0002 again. With any good news or strong slapping at the asks we should see 0.0006 again...
