I was wondering the same thing. Maybe that term is referring to the multiple claims that PV was going to get $120K from IFUS and how the PV case was somehow an example of terrible management of IFUS by MW?
Also, speaking of the PV case does anybody know what happened officially? There were many claims on this board warning us investors that the PV case was going to be a damaging blow to IFUS. Yet it seems to have come and gone with nothing impacting IFUS? I am relatively new to IFUS, but if the PV character ended up getting nothing from IFUS, that outcome would seem material wouldn't it?
I realize companies don't really comment on the outcome of legal cases, but if things are being said about IFUS that are patently false, it might be good to hear some kind of official news that might get past the lawyers (if that is possible).
