Same type of scam as AMLM and AMEL same MO
Some of the same companies sold their mining claims to AMEL for millions and then AMEL drops the claims..Crooks get the millions and the claims back to run it again with some other fabricated worthless companies...Time for all to contact SEC,file complaints enmass and put these thieves in striped suits...They will never stop if the stockholders don't get out and complain to the SEC.
