no, the supposed dividend were to go to ARSC shareholders for the sale of their subsidary,Hydra Fuel Cell Corp., to Hydrogen Future Corp.

All three companies are run by 2 grifters lining their pockets by printing off shares and promising great things

they will run HFCO down to no-bid, rinse, wash and repeat for a 4th time
