Re: It's not an opinion that ECDC is at no bid right now. ECDC being at no bid is what people call a fact.

Re: What "successful" deployments have they had with Student Connect? Gordon county discontinued use of the system. The other counties that signed 5-year contracts with Student Connect were not named, so how can you check to see if their deployment was successful? If Kay told you this information through an email or phone call, that is illegal.

Re: How can revenue "come in strong" when the system does not work? I have asked this numerous times on the ECDC board and to no avail. The last filing said the Student Connect system was not functioning on the Verizon network- i.e.: it doesn't work. Did Kay tell you in an email that it is working because that is illegal as well?

Re: Sponsors. What sponsors? We have had no news of anyone signing on to pay the ridiculous 900-1000% markup on advertising in Student Connect. How can not having sponsors cover any installation, training, and maintenance? Besides that, ECDC employs less than 20 people, so how are they rolling out systems in California, Texas, and Lebanon with less than 20 people? Don't forget that there are 2 other subsidiaries so divide that 20 people by 3 to see how many might be available to rollout with Student Connect.

The above are facts about ECDC because there has been no evidence to the contrary.

In my opinion
, Student Connect has just as many safety hazards as it does usefulness. If a kid doesn't get on a bus, the RFID doesn't register the kid and the kid can wonder off without the parents knowing where they went just as if they didn't have Student Connect. Also, if the kid is on the bus and misses his stop, the parent can assume the child is still safely on the bus even if the bus is parked for the night with the child still on it when the child should have been home hours before; in this instance, the child's whereabouts are known, but the parent thinks the child is safe for an undeterminable amount of time before searching for them thanks to Student Connect's passivity.

Also, BX3, in response to your reply yesterday when you posed the question about who says Verizon is paying for Student Connect, the answer is you and other posters. I have seen numerous statements saying "we don't know whether Verizon is paying ECDC or if ECDC is paying Verizon". Clearly, ECDC is paying Verizon because it says so in Partnership Program and Master Service Agreement. The Partnership Program is offered by Verizon not ECDC, so why would Verizon be paying ECDC for the partnership program? Verizon doesn't need ECDC to be successful. Also, can you point me to any new marketing done by Verizon since the GAPT conference? I have yet to see any, so does that mean ECDC has stopped paying for the service? Any further developments from the 10 counties in Georgia who expressed interest? The school year is about to start, as far as I am aware, and ECDC would need time to install the system. Has the system been installed in Texas, California, and Lebanon because we haven't received any further information on these ghost counties?

ECDC post #75367 doesn't have an accumulative history of the company. It has a partial history of ECDC that leaves out all the failures Kay has accumulated over the years and continues to accumulate now as he dupes more investors. History doesn't change because it has already happened. Last I checked, ECDC's r/s from last year didn't disappear because investors wanted it to.

I am not an advisor. Some of what was said here is opinion, but most is ECDC fact. Potential ECDC investors shouldn't be fooled by verbose statements and numerous opinions that cannot be verified.
