Read his post again.... He said they are with holding material events in the company in the way of notifying their shareholders. What part of fraud don't you understand? Or maybe pattern seeker doesn't know what he is talking about.... I choose the latter.

is to lose its credibility. That would be a real problem. I am convinced they are intentionally stalling the news release process to favor their newly acquired friends in Wall Street so they can try and wash out as many as they can, while keeping the price low and the Co. totally under the radar. They will push it until they feel comfortable they won't sink it. Meanwhile people sell non performing assets (look at Red 13) while the smart and patient hands buy them.
Rest assured when the tide turns it will be quick, then little chance to buy in volumes but at a much higher price multiple, because as they say, no free lunch in Wall Street.
