I am not saying anything as I used ole Victor's words that he put into SEC filings & signed off on, so it should be quite simple for the investing public to understand. But I will be happy to post ole Victor's words again that he repeatedly has put into ALL the SEC filings as it relates to the FDA & SVFC's process.
