Its a political football (like I said to you long ago) my guess is when the national and/or global news needs to be drown out with huge popular news another large mj announcment will pop up. They need to play it before the election anyways & september is primaries in NY. LOL look at what the NY times said they are gonna do. They are gonna run stories all this week pushing for full legal. Looks like Its on, just heating up the boiler now.
